We only process in-stock mattress orders. If a mattress is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone and provide an estimated delivery date or offer a substitute mattress. Please note that we do not backorder mattresses. If you would like to be notified when a mattress is back in stock, you may request to be placed on a waitlist, and we will notify you as soon as the mattress becomes available.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the mattress ordered, price, and estimated delivery date. Please review this email carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any errors or discrepancies.

3. Delivery

Mattresses will be shipped via courier or freight, depending on the size and weight of the mattress. We offer free shipping on mattress orders over $1000. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time of arrival, but this timeframe may be longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

4. Returns

You may return a mattress within 100 nights of receiving it, provided it is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. You are responsible for shipping the mattress back to us. A restocking fee of 25% of the mattress’s original price may apply. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to enquire and proceed.

5. Warranty

All mattresses sold on JustMattress.ca are covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a mattress is defective, we will file a claim with the manufacturer, and you may be eligible for a replacement or in-store credit.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect. You must notify us within 30 days of discovering any defects or issues with your mattress.
